Why & Our Purpose

Our Vision

A world where people

care, react & act

How it all started

Our journey began with twin brothers (Sonny & Dougie), wanting to make a difference. From a young age, we noticed that charities were not showcasing their amazing work. We could see that this led to missed opportunities including grants, hiring the right people, and collaborations. Since then, we’ve spoken to many charitable organisations and businesses, and we learnt that the main contributing factors were:

  • Lack of time
  • No access to the skills they needed
  • Both of the above

We knew we could help.

We use strategy and creativity to set a plan of action, working as part of our clients’ teams to attract more opportunities and make the best use of their time, resources, and networks.

Our approach has been so successful that we now work with clients across the world, from our neighbours down the road, such as Filwood Community Centre, to clients as far away as Washington State Library.

As a result, we have helped organisations reach their goals, increase turnover, receive large grants and sponsorship, and attract the right people.

If you’d like to learn more about how we can help, book a chat to have an informal chat with us. If you’re local, perhaps we can grab a coffee nearby.

Our space

We are lucky to have office space in the Knowle West Media Centre.

The building is a sustainable straw bale construction, built using eco-friendly materials and techniques, making it a pretty unique building! KWMC is an arts centre and charity, centred on working collaboratively with people from different backgrounds to develop new and creative models for achieving positive social change. We’re delighted that Made for Impact’s rent helps contribute to the fantastic programmes they run.

There’s always some hustle and bustle around this building which is why we love it so much! To check out disabled access and facilities, check the AccessAble website.
