To provide you with the most competitive pricing possible, we kindly request a minimum commitment of three months on the content plan. This duration allows us to optimise our services and offer preferential rates.

We offer a dedicated dashboard that allows you to view how many hours you have used for the month, and how many you have available, along with your outstanding projects.

Yes, unused hours in your monthly content plan can roll over to the following month, up to a limit of 10 hours per month. Rolling over unused hours provides added flexibility and ensures that you don’t lose any valuable resources you’ve paid for.

If you exceed the allocated hours in your strategy and content plan, an hourly rate will apply and will be confirmed with you before carrying out additional work.

Yes! If you need to add extra details to your invoice, such as purchase order numbers, specific project references, or any other relevant information, we can add them for you.

Billing for our content services is designed to be convenient and hassle-free. Here’s an overview of how our billing process works:

  1. Invoicing Schedule: Invoices for our content services are generated on the first day of each month. This ensures a consistent billing cycle, allowing you to plan and manage your finances effectively.
  2. Invoice Delivery: We will send your invoice directly to your registered email address(es). This enables you to access and review the invoice easily.
  3. Payment Method: To streamline the payment process, we use GoCardless as our preferred payment provider.
  4. GoCardless is a secure and reliable platform that allows for hassle-free automated payments.
    GoCardless Setup: When you initially sign up for our content services, you will be prompted to set up your payment information securely through the GoCardless platform. This will involve providing your bank account details or authorising payment via direct debit. This ensures a smooth and efficient payment experience, reducing the need for manual intervention.
  5. Payment Confirmation: Once your payment has been successfully processed through GoCardless, you will receive a confirmation of payment via email.
  6. Invoice Access: In addition to receiving invoices via email, you will also have access to an online portal or customer dashboard where you can view and download past invoices, facilitating easy record-keeping and reference.
